To be honest, I didn't know where he was going with airplanes when the title of the video making me expect to go directly to seats, but it made sense when he directed the talk to designing chairs. Being someone who does sit in front of their computer all day, a good chair is needed. Everything this man is saying is true, and it helps a lot if all of these parts are incorporated in a chair. You miss one of these options in your chair you're harming yourself in some way to sit on it.
